Here is something we noticed after talking to a lot of companies: the problem is almost never “we need technology.”
It is the month-end close that eats a whole week. The leave request lost in a WhatsApp group. The warehouse nobody can account for. The website that looks nothing like the company behind it.
It is the daily friction that quietly costs you money, people and customers. These are sentences companies actually said to us:
“Accounting still runs on Excel, and every month-end is agony.”
What it costs
A week of your accountant's life, every single month — and numbers nobody fully trusts.
“We don't know who is in and who is off, and leave requests get lost in WhatsApp.”
What it costs
Payroll built on guesswork, and an HR team answering the same question all day long.
“The warehouse is full of stock and nobody knows what we actually have.”
What it costs
Cash frozen on shelves, the same item promised twice, and a stock count that never reconciles.
“We want a proper website that represents us in front of clients.”
What it costs
Deals that stall at “let me look you up first.”
Every one of these has a solution. And not one ready-made copy handed to everybody — a solution built for the way your business actually works.
What we build
Five problems we solve every week
Start with one. Most companies do — then connect the next once the first has proven itself.
A website that does your company justice
Fast, credible and bilingual from day one. Built to turn a visitor into a conversation, not just to look good on a screen.
Arabic and English with real right-to-left layouts
Built for search from the first line of code
Reads perfectly on a phone, where your clients actually are
Edit your own content without calling a developer
An HR system that gives HR their day back
Attendance, leave, documents, org chart and payroll inputs in one place — where approvals happen inside the system instead of a group chat.
Attendance from web, mobile or fingerprint device
Leave requests with a clear approval trail
Employee files with contract and document expiry alerts
Payroll inputs that come out clean and ready
Accounting that closes the month without the headache
Invoices, receivables, payables and expenses in one ledger, with reports your accountant and the tax authority both accept.
Invoicing and collection that chase themselves
Expenses and payables in a single place
Tax-ready reports, not a spreadsheet rebuilt each quarter
A month-end close measured in hours
Inventory that tells you exactly what you have
Live balances per item and per location, so purchasing stops guessing and sales stop promising stock that isn't there.
Live balances for every item in every warehouse
Barcode receiving, issuing and transfers
Reorder alerts before you run out, not after
Stock counts that reconcile with the books
And whatever your field needs that no ready-made product covers
Clinics, factories, contractors, logistics, schools, retail. If your workflow doesn't fit a product off the shelf, we build the one that fits it — and connect it to the systems you already run.
Built around your workflow, not the other way round
Integrates with what you already use
Web and mobile, from the same system
Yours to keep — source code and data
How we work
Four steps, no surprises
You will know the scope, the price and the timeline before you pay anything.
01
We listen
A free call where you describe the company's problem in your own words. We ask the annoying questions — the ones that decide whether this project is worth doing at all.
30–45 minutes · free
02
We map it
We put your real workflow on paper, then send back a written scope, a timeline and a fixed price. If a simpler tool solves it, we will tell you that instead.
3–5 days
03
We build in stages
You get something working every two weeks and start using it early. No six months of silence ending in a demo that misses the point.
First usable version in weeks
04
We stay
Training for your team, documentation in Arabic, and support after go-live. And the system stays yours — code, data, everything.
Support after go-live
Why Moshklty
Built by people who ask “why” before “what”
We start from the problem
Not from a product we are trying to sell you. Sometimes the honest answer is that you don't need software yet — and we will say so.
Arabic first, English too
Right-to-left interfaces, Arabic reports and invoices that print correctly, and screens your team reads without translating in their head.
You own everything
Source code, database and documentation are handed over. No lock-in, no hostage data, no monthly fee to reach your own numbers.
Fixed scope, fixed price
Written down before we start. Anything new is a separate, priced decision — never a surprise line on an invoice.
We work with what you have
ERP, accounting package, POS, spreadsheets: we connect to them or migrate the data out of them. Nothing working gets thrown away for the sake of it.
We are there after launch
Training, handover and a real person to call. Go-live is the start of the relationship, not the end of the project.
From the field
Three problems that stopped being problems
Composite stories from companies we meet across the Emirates — details blended, names left out. You will probably recognize one of them.
Building-materials trader · Deira, Dubai
“Three warehouses on one Excel sheet. We sold the same pallet twice in the same week.”
What we built
An inventory system with barcode receiving and live balances per warehouse, connected to the accounting package they already ran.
The yearly stock count went from three days to one morning
Purchasing orders against live numbers, not memory
Dead stock finally surfaced, got priced, and moved
Contracting company · Mussafah, Abu Dhabi
“Two hundred workers across four sites, and attendance lived in WhatsApp photos of paper sheets.”
What we built
An HR system with mobile check-in at each site, leave approvals with a clear trail, and payroll inputs that come out WPS-ready.
Payroll preparation went from a week to a day
Every leave request now has one path and one answer
Site managers stopped being human attendance machines
Clinic group · Sharjah
“The booking book lived at reception. When it was full, so were we — even with half the chairs empty.”
What we built
Booking and invoicing built around their actual patient flow, with WhatsApp reminders and VAT reports ready for the FTA.
No-shows dropped once reminders started going out by themselves
The VAT quarter stopped being a panic week
Reception finally sees every branch on one screen
Straight answers
The questions we get asked first
“Moshklty”… so, any problem?
Company problems. The month-end that will not close, the warehouse that will not reconcile, the leave requests lost in a group chat, the website that undersells you. Matters of the heart we respectfully leave to the professionals.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the scope, and anyone who quotes you before understanding it is guessing. The first call and the written scope cost nothing; the price arrives with the scope and does not move afterwards.
How long until we can use it?
A first usable version typically lands in weeks rather than months. We then add in stages while your team is already working in it.
We already have a system. Do we throw it away?
Usually not. We integrate with it, extend it, or migrate the data out of it if it is genuinely holding you back. Replacing something that works is the last option, not the first.
Who owns the code and the data?
You do. Source code, database and documentation are handed over, and you can host it on your servers or on ours.
Does it work properly in Arabic?
Yes — right-to-left interfaces, Arabic reports and invoices that print correctly, and Arabic documentation for your team. It is the default here, not something bolted on later.
Do you work remotely?
Mostly. We are based in the UAE, so discovery and training run over video in your own working week — and we come on-site when a process has to be watched in the real place before it can be automated.
